In-class exercise 6

Using Microsoft Publisher on a library computer, during our class period this evening, September23rd, create the following documents to print and turn in before leaving the library tonight:

Note: You should be able to find all items here in "publications for print" in Publisher.  Publisher older versions: see "new publication," then "New from a design."  At any time in Publisher, click "file" and then "new" to begin a new publication.  Publisher 2007: see "publication types".

Item 1: Create and print one page of letterhead for any fictitious organization with the words "Atlanta Braves" in its title.

Item 2: Create and print one business card for yourself as a representative of this company.

Item 3: Any kind of congratulation card, addressed to either Bobby Cox, Terry Pendleton, Greg Maddux, Chipper Jones, or Hank Aaron.

Item 4: Any kind of award certificate you care to create honoring Bobby Cox, Terry Pendleton, Greg Maddux, Chipper Jones, or Hank Aaron.

Lastly, make sure your name is on all four printed documents, congratulate yourself, turn them all in, exit the library, proceed carefully and in a timely manner to your home or . . . wherever else you care to go!
